I AM looking for someone to take over this wonderful apartment I have been renting since last summer.This unit is on the second floor, and is positioned behind a nature area - which not only gives a lovely view, but makes for a lot of peace and quiet! The living room features a wood burning fireplace, and leads off onto a spacious patio with storage. All appliances are updated and the large kitchen connects to a cozy dining room with a rounded island.The first bedroom closes off with double doors, and has ample closet space, along with a large, nearly floor to ceiling window. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and windows overlooking the trees behind.Bathroom houses an updated washer and dryer, yet another closet - there are a total of 6 in the unit - and roomy shower - for which you will need a curtain.The complex is located directly behind the Beaverton Creek transit station, and is within walking distance of Millikan Way transit station, as well as the 68 line. There is a Subway, Sushi bar, 7-11, coffee shop, and Cafe Yum within a stones throw of my door. Further down the road - but less than 2 miles - is Cedar Hills Crossing, and the Nike campus. There are two complimentary gyms, outdoor pools, and hot tubs in the complex, as well as a park, and inviting activity space connected to the gym and leasing office.The community here is a quiet one. I have yet to hear my neighbors - had I not seen them, I wouldnt know they exist! - and notice that people generally keep to themselves, but are friendly in the complex. Its an incredibly safe and secure area - I wouldnt bat an eye walking around at night regardless of the hour.I havent had much interaction with the leasing office/maintenance but when I have, they have been quick, efficient, and polite.I pay $1350 a month. I am looking for someone to either sublet or take over my lease, available immediately. When I moved in, I placed a $300 security deposit on the unit, which I am happy to negot Visit Our Website.
